Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

325 ml milk
45 gr butter
4 eggs
100 gr sugar
120 ml buttermilk biscuit mix
250 gr pumpkin

Instructions

Pumpkin pie spice Whipped cream (optional) Combine milk, butter, eggs, sugar, biscuit mix, pumpkin and pie spice to taste in blender. Blend until mixed. Turn into greased 23 cm pie pan and bake at 200ÂșC 25 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and rim comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
