Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

475 gr pumpkin
350 ml evaporated milk
28 gr butter
28 gr margarine
2 egg
150 gr sugar
1/2 bisquick
14 gr pumpkin pie spice
9 gr vanilla

Instructions

Heat oven to 180ºC Grease pie plate, 10 x 4 cm. Beat all ingredients in blender on high speed 1 minute or until smooth. If your blender doesn't hold 5 cups, beat the mixture with a mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8. High Altitude Directions (3500 to 3590ºC t.): Bake about 55 minutes.
