Impossible Tuna Pie

Ingredients

1 tuna
34 gr celery
230 gr cheese
30 gr green onions
350 ml milk
4 eggs
1 bisquick baking mix
1 gr lemon rind
5 ml lemon juice
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 garlic clove

Instructions

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :40 Preheat oven to 180ºC . Grease pie plate, 10x 4 cm. Layer tuna, celery, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in centre comes out clean (about 40 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
