Indian Carrot Salad

Ingredients

16 ml corn oil
16 ml lime juice
1 gr cumin
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
1 gr garlic
500 gr carrots
65 gr wheat sprouts

Instructions

Wheat berries; for garnish Whisk oil and lime juice together in large bowl. Whisk in cumin, cinnamon, salt and grlic. Sir in carrot. Cover and refregerate until cold.
