230 ml cream cheese 30 ml mayonnaise 140 gr chicken 120 gr blanched almonds 18 gr chutney 1 gr salt 6 gr curry powder 40 gr coconut
Instructions
Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add chicken, almonds, chutney, salt and curry powder. Shape into walnut sized balls and roll in coconut. Chill. Makes 36 balls. Randy Rigg
