Indian Salad

Ingredients

60 ml olive oil
30 ml wine vinegar
2 chives
5 ml dry mustard
260 gr pork
1 cucumbers see note
3 gr salt
100 gr macaroni
60 ml mayonnaise
3 gr curry powder

Instructions

* peeled, cut lengthwise, seeded, and julienned. Mix the dressing ingredients and marinate the pork in them for 1 hour. Cook macaroni al dente, drain and cool. Combine cucumber with salt and set aside for 30 minutes. Rinse, drain and pat dry, then combine with the pork, macaroni, mayonnaise, and curry powder. Recipe By :
