Cook spinach according to package directions drain, reserving liquid. Add water to make l cup; set aside. Heat l tablespoon. oil on medium high heat. Saute beef, onions and garlic. When lightly brown, add spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer for l0 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, l/4 c. oil. Pour this mixture into a greased l3x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
