Inside-out Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

450 gr beef
60 gr onion
1 package stewed tomatoes
1 green pepper
60 gr long rice
120 ml water
10 ml worcestershire sauce
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
110 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a greased 2 litre casserole. Add the next 8 ingredients. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to the oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
