Irish Bread

Ingredients

110 gr butter
12 gr baking powder
100 gr sugar
1 gr salt
2 eggs
240 ml milk
325 gr flour
170 gr raisins

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Add raisins. Pour into 20 cm X 20 cm pan. Bake at 350 degrees one hour. Mrs. Bernard Mahon
