Irish Cream Mint Cookies

Ingredients

200 gr quick-cooking oats
190 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
2 gr salt
230 gr margarine
220 gr brown sugar
100 gr sugar
1 egg
60 ml irish cream liqueur
4 gr vanilla extract
375 gr mint flavored chocolate chip
2 apartonto baking shee bake

Instructions

dry on top and edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 48. ----
