Irish Freckle Bread

Ingredients

700 gr unsifted flour
100 gr sugar
3 gr salt
2 packages dry yeast
240 ml potato water
110 gr margarine
2 eggs
38 gr mashed potatoes
170 gr seedless raisins in a bowl thoroughly mix
300 gr flour
65 gr flour
4 equal
8 1/2 lon put
2 loaves

Instructions

of 2 greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 6 cm loaf pans. Cover. Let rise in warm place, free from draft until doubled in bulk. Bake in preheated 190ÂșC oven for 35 minutes, or until done. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks. Colorado Cache Cookbook (1978) From the collection of Jim Vorheis
