Irish Lamb Stew

Ingredients

1 leg of lamb
16 ml oil
3 onions
1 clove of garlic
5 gr flour
475 ml beef stock
3 gr salt
1 gr rosemary
1 bay leaf
290 gr potatoes
6 slices carrots
2 rutabagas
375 gr peas

Instructions

peas are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
