Irish Seitan Stew
Ingredients
2 seitan
130 gr carrots roll
130 gr parsnips roll
120 gr onion
150 gr potatoes
2 bay leaves
1 gr rosemary
1 gr garlic
1 gr basil
2 gr parsley
475 ml water
26 ml tamari soy sauce
50 gr celery flaked
60 ml water
32 gr cornstarch
20 ml water with the cornstarch
