Italian Meat Loaves

Ingredients

2 eggs
80 gr cracker
120 ml milk
10 gr parmesan grate
30 gr onion fine
5 ml worcestershire sauce
3 gr garlic salt
1 italian seasoning divide
525 gr pork
60 ml ketchup

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine eggs, crumbs, milk, half c cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and half ts Italian seasonings. Add pork and mix well. Shape into 10 individual loaves; place on a rack in a greased large shallow baking pan. Spread ketchup over loaves; sprinkle with remaining cheese and seasoning. Bake at 180ÂșC for 45-55 minutes or until no pink remains.
