Italian Pizzelles

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 gr anise seed
9 gr baking powder
4 gr vanilla extract
220 gr flour
110 gr butter
150 gr sugar

Instructions

Beat eggs and sugar. Add cooled melted butter or margarine, and vanilla and anise. Sift flour ad baking powder and add to egg mixture. Batter will be stiff enough to be dropped by spoon.
