Italian Potato Salad
Ingredients
290 gr potatoes
60 ml water
1 gr salt
1 slice onion
45 gr ripe olives
65 gr green pepper
1 tomato
120 gr italian dressing
3 gr snipped parsley
5 gr parmesan cheese
Instructions
lightly to coat evenly. Refrigerate until chilled. Stir before serving and sprinkle with cheese.
