Ingredients
6 gr salt
3 gr black pepper
8 gr fennel seeds
7 gr oregano
3 gr garlic powder
2,100 gr pork shoulder
Instructions
Cut the pork into 4 cm cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
