Ingredients
1,300 gr coarse pork butt
6 pressed garlic
8 gr pepper
6 gr fennel seeds
2 gr thyme
2 bay leaves
8 gr salt
6 gr black pepper
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr coriander
7 gr paprika
240 ml water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. To cook, fry or bake.
