Ingredients

1,300 gr coarse pork butt
4 gr salt
3 gr coriander
1/4 coarse black
5 pressed garlic
5 gr paprika
240 ml water

Instructions

pper Add 2 tsp crushed red peppers for HOT sausage. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
