Italian Style Meat Loaf
Ingredients
450 gr beef
95 gr italian sausage
110 gr bread crumbs
60 gr onion
65 gr green bell pepper
1 egg
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients;mix well.Place in a 4.5 x 20 cm loaf pan.Bake @ 180ºC or 1 hour;drain.Makes 6 servings.
