Italian-style Pot Roast
Ingredients
4 venison pot roast
18 gr fat
230 ml tomato sauce
240 ml dry wine
1 onion
100 gr celery
2 gr parsley
4 gr oregano
1 clove garlic
2 tbl of water
190 gr tbl of flour for of liquid
Instructions
stirring constantly and cook until thickened. Correct seasoning.
