Jalapeno Potatoes

Ingredients

850 gr potatoes
1 bell pepper
2 pimiento
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
28 gr butter
8 gr all purpose flour
240 ml milk
90 gr jalapeno

Instructions

Cube cheese. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool. Peel potatoes; cut into 1 cm slices. Layer potatoes and next 4 ingredients in a well greased dozen x 8 x 5 cm baking dish; set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese; stir until melted and pour over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil.
