Jam Filled Spice Cookie

Ingredients

230 gr butter
100 gr sugar
375 gr flour
1/2 dark karo
3 gr cinnamon
5 gr ginger
1 egg
1 week
1/2 dough
3 1/4 round cookie cutter
1/2 roun
1/2 on ungreased cookie shee bake
3/4 preserves in center

Instructions

each cookie without cut-out center; top each with a cookie WITH cut-out center, gently pressing cookies together. Store in tightly covered container to use up within 1 week. ----
