Jamaican Curried Chicken

Ingredients

2 sized frying chickens
45 ml vegetable oil
2 garlic
2 scallions
1 gr pepper
6 gr curry powder
2 gr allspice
1 ginger
240 ml coconut milk
2 potatoes
6 up
950 gr steamed rice

Instructions

cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over hot steamed rice with a selection of condiments such as mango chutney, coconut milk & yogurt. ~-
