Jamaican Hot Wings
Ingredients
425 gr butter
300 gr jamaican jerk spice
14 ml tabasco sauce
230 ml tomato juice
120 gr unbleached flour
2,100 gr chicken wings
1,900 ml sauce pot over low hea the jerk spice
2 of oil until done
Instructions
mixture and allow to marinate just a few minutes. Drain off any excess liquid. Serve immediately. Makes 40 to 50 Wings
