Ingredients

45 gr cabbage
1/2 green cabbag
5 ml lemon juice
120 gr non
60 ml orange juice concentrate
60 ml canola oil
60 gr powdered nonfat milk
1 egg
130 gr wheat flour
95 gr all purpose flour
32 gr sesame seeds
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 gr mace
1 gr ginger
60 ml orange juice
14 gr sugar replace concentrate
230 gr only one type of cabbage but for the sake of color would choose cabbage
4 loaf

Instructions

minutes or until a tester inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Turn the bread out onto a rack to cool completely before slicing. This is a great bread to serve with a soup or salad meal. After the first day, it is wonderful toasted. Try it, too, as a sandwich bread.
