Jerusalem Artichoke Soup A

Ingredients

475 gr jerusalem artichokes
1/2 lemon
55 gr butter
1 leek only
1 slice carrot
700 ml chicken stock
120 ml cream
3,800 ml nonreactive saucepan
600 ml stock
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
120 ml stock

Instructions
