Joanne Woodward Lobster Tails In Patty Shells

Ingredients

6 lobster tails
2 lobster cook
1,900 ml salt water boiling
1 sauce
55 gr butter
32 gr flour
240 ml milk
240 ml cream
3 gr salt
65 gr ripe olives
1 gr pepper
1 pimento dice
45 gr mushrooms
1/2 sauterne
1 parsely
6 patty shells

Instructions
