Joan's Chutney

Ingredients

3/4 rasins
34 gr bell peppers
240 ml vinegar
4 pears
400 gr sugar
2 gr ginger
1 gr allspice
1 gr salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in large pan; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook unitl pears are tender and mixture is slighty thick (about an hour). Spoon into three clear half pint jares and seal inmediately. Food Exchange per serving: -20ÂșC RUIT EXCHANGE CAL: 45 PER SERVING
