Jody's Leftover Rice Snacks

Ingredients

240 gr rice
1 eggs
110 gr mozzarella
5 gr parmesan
1 garlic
3 gr italian herbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients. Press mixture into 9 inchx13 inch baking pan, greased, and bake until crispy. Remove from pan and cut into little squares. Serve as snack or appetizer.
