John's Potato Salad
Ingredients
575 gr skinned potatoes
8 gr celery salt
60 gr green onion stems
8 gr black pepper
475 ml sour cream
60 gr crumbled blue cheese
1 gr celery leaves
Instructions
Cook potatoes, then cut into small pieces, leaving skins on. Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving. Made by John Harned, Summer 1992.
