Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

150 gr granulated sugar
170 gr packed brown sugar
230 gr margarine
1 egg
280 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
140 gr coarsely nuts
1 package semisweet
12 ozs

Instructions

Chocolate chips *if using self-rising flour --omit Baking soda and salt. Recipe by: Betty Crocker's Cookbook Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugars, margarine and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop dough by quarter cupfuls about 8 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake dozen to 15 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely; remove from cookie sheet. ABOUT 1- half DOZEN COOKIES; 360 CALORIES PER COOKIE. ----
