Jumbo Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients

1 slice roll of refrigerated
170 gr peanut butter
110 ml cream cheese
38 gr sugar
1 gr salt
45 gr margarine
30 ml milk
9 gr vanilla extract
100 gr peanuts

Instructions

Heat the oven to 190ÂșC . Roll out the cookie dough onto a 30 cm pizza pan. Bake for dozen to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool until cold to the touch. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, salt, margarine, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium speed, of an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. Spread the mixture on the cookie and sprinkle with the chopped peanuts. Cut into wedges.
