Ka Diam Dua

Ingredients

1 1/2 fish
60 ml oil
2 garlic
50 gr onion
1,900 ml water
2 gr orange rind
1 bay leaf
1 gr chili peppers
1 gr anise
1 gr saffron
45 ml dry sherry
250 gr shrimp
20 gr cornstaraach
30 ml soy sauce
2 packages pineapple

Instructions
