Kahlua Chili

Ingredients

120 ml vegetable oil
4 onions
4 onion
1,800 gr beef
140 gr green pepper chunked
1 kahlua
14 gr parsley
50 gr chili powder
34 gr tomato paste
12 gr salt
6 gr cayenne pepper
4 gr cumin powder
1 gr marjoram
4 gr oregano
1 cheddar cheese onion spaghetti

Instructions

In large pot, heat oil. Add onions and garlic; saute until transparent. Add meat; brown. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and onions; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 45 minutes. To serve, spoon chili on top of cooked, drained spaghetti in individual bowls and top with cheese and onions. Yields: 5 litre .
