Karen's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

2 eggs
475 gr pumpkin
170 gr brown sugar
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr ginger
400 ml cream
30 ml whiskey
1 pie shell
9 i make this pie from prepared pumpkin
475 gr you freeze extra pumpkin for later use

Instructions

inserted in center comes out clean. NOTE: if you have any pumpkin filling left over, pour in custard cups and bake for about half hour. Absolutely delicious. This is not a pie for the calorie-conscious, but it is one of my best and treasured recipes! Enjoy. ----
