Kasha Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

6 firm
1 gr salt
1/2 scallions
2 garlic
1 celery rib
85 gr mushrooms
30 ml olive oil
16 gr egg replacer
60 ml water
1 kasha
475 ml vegetable broth
32 gr wheatgerm
34 gr pine nuts
7 gr italian parsley
2 gr thyme
1/2 from tomato
1/2 shell
20 ml oil until softened

Instructions

Place reserved tops on the tomatoes, brush with the remaining oil. Bake another 10 minutes & then serve immediately.
