Kathleen Frake's Fantastic Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
220 gr brown sugar
3 gr salt
14 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr nutmeg
30 ml molasses
240 ml salad oil
4 eggs
160 ml water
500 gr pumpkin
450 gr sifted all-purpose flour
120 gr nuts
170 gr raisins combine all ingredients
1/2 greased
2 larger loaf pans

Instructions

In a pre-heated oven, bake at 180ÂșC or from 1 to 1- half hours until a toothpick inserted, comes out clean. Let bread COOL IN PANS on wire Rack! Freezes beautifully. Recipe By: Kathleen Frake Entered By: Bill Webster January 17, 1996 ----
