Kathy G.'s Dough Magic
Ingredients
1 lecithin granules
1 whey
4 diastatic malt powder
16 gr ginger
20 gr pectin
1 ascorbic acid
10 gr corn starch
Instructions
Mix together. Keep in airtight container. Can refrigerate or not. I don't. Use 1 teaspoon per cup of flour.|
