Keebler Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

425 gr butter
2 eggs
30 ml molasses
9 gr vanilla extract
80 ml water
300 gr granulated sugar
325 gr brown sugar
5 gr baking powder
7 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
650 gr all purpose flour
525 gr semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190ÂșC Cream the butter, eggs, molasses, vanilla and water in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, soft together the sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Combine the moist mixture with the dry mixture. Add the chocolate chips. Shape the dough into 3 cm balls and place them 3 cm apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until light brown around edges. ----
