Kentucky Kernels

Ingredients

55 gr butter
1/2 stick
1 box of powdered sugar
3/8 bourbon
140 gr pecans

Instructions

Cream butter by hand. By hand, alternately blend in powdered sugar and bourbon. DO NOT USE MIXER. Fold in pecans. Drop by two third teaspoonful onto wax-paper lined cookie sheets. Cover with wax paper. Refrigerate until set. Cover and store in refrigerator.
