Kirghiz Baked Beef

Ingredients

525 gr flank steak
1 l onion
30 ml olive oil
240 ml yogurt
2 eggs
2 apples
270 gr apricots
85 gr raisins
65 gr prunes
14 gr curry powder
3 gr salt
6 gr pepper

Instructions

Sautee onion & green pepper in olive oil in lg. heavy skillet until onion is transparent. Add chopped beef and brown lightly. Pour off drippings. Add eggs, apple, apricots, curry powder, salt and pepper to beef. Add yogurt & mix well. Place in a large, deep casserole & bake in a 180ÂșC . for 45 minutes.
