2 kiwifruit 300 gr strawberries 16 ml orange juice 16 ml water 3 gr pine nuts
Instructions
Peel kiwifruit and slice in thin rounds. Arrange on dessert plates. Wash, hull and slice the strawberries and arrange them over the kiwifruit. Drizzle orange juice over each dish and top with pine nuts. Betty Marks, "Light & Easy Diabetic Cuisine"
