Serve with sour cream. *Chicken: 1.5 cups ground cooked chicken 4 tablespoons browned minced onions 1 egg yolk 0.75 teaspoon salt 1 Dash pepper 1 tablespoon minced parsley Blend all the ingredients together. *Chicken liver: half pound chicken livers half cup minced onions 2 tablespoons chicken fat 2 hard-cooked egg yolks 1 teaspoon salt 0.125 teaspoon pepper Cook the livers and onions in the fat for 10 minutes, mixing frequently.
