Kris Kringles

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
325 gr corn syrup
230 gr peanut butter
700 gr rice krispies
6 semi
160 gr butterscotch chips

Instructions

Mix sugar and corn syrup in 3 litre saucepan. Boil over moderate heat, remove. Stir in peanut butter and cereal. Press into greased 33 cm x 23 cm pan. Melt choc chips and butterscotch chips in a double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Spread over cereal mix. Chill for five minutes, remove from pan, and cut. Francis R.
