Lamb Fillet With Morels

150 gr lamb fillet
14 gr romaine lettuce
110 gr pork net
1 sheet
80 ml liquefied gravy sauce
45 ml port wine
6 gr shallots
45 ml wine
1 few drops of wine
150 ml chicken stock
120 ml cream
10 gr chives
100 potato
5 gr flour
1 egg
1/2 egg yolk
45 ml cream
45 ml milk
12 broccoli florets
34 gr tomato
6 gr truffle
22 salisbury road
1 1/2 cms wide
75 gr gravy
12 golden-brown potato pancakes

Instructions
