Beat sugar into fat, blend in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add. Stir until smooth. Pour batter into a greased microproof 20 cmX 20 cm X 5 cm baking dish and microwave or medium high for 8-10 minutes. If desired sprinkle with nuts and or chips before cooking.
