Layered Rice Casserole
Ingredients
600 gr brown rice
260 gr beans
300 gr corn kernels
300 gr tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic
1 tamari
2 gr thyme
190 gr tomato paste
80 ml vegetable broth
60 ml broth
120 ml water
300 gr rice on the bottom
Instructions
tomato paste mixture. Cover with the remaining 2.5 cups of rice. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes, covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes. From the files of DEEANNE
