Lea Ann's Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

8 cabbage
450 gr beef
1 egg
1 package tomato soup
1 gr pepper
30 gr onion
120 gr rice

Instructions

Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and let stand for 5 minutes. Season meat, add onion, rice and beaten egg. Roll a portion of the filling into each leaf. Fasten ends with toothpicks. Place in crockpot and cook on LOW for 10 to dozen hours.
