Leek And Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients

2 leeks
30 ml vegetable oil
130 gr mushrooms
1 tomato
1 zucchini
60 ml wine
240 ml sour cream
2 gr tarragon leaves
1 gr salt
270 gr rotini pasta

Instructions
